What CanTRAC does
Patients keep a structured treatment diary — on paper, where they are comfortable, or directly in the app. Each page is scanned from the CanTRAC mobile app in seconds, our AI engine reads and validates every field, and the ink becomes clean, structured clinical data. Doctors then see stage distribution, investigation heatmaps and critical flags for hundreds of patients on a single dashboard — no more chart-by-chart review.
Our mission
We want cancer follow-up to be simpler for patients and clearer for the clinicians guiding them. By turning diaries families already keep into a live view of the whole journey, care teams can follow an entire cohort without losing sight of the individual.
